Bill JenkinsBill Jenkins presides over The Laramie Company’s Development Services group, where he handles land assemblage, financial modeling, property and project management, and leasing for retail and mixed-use projects. Bill also performs REIT fundamental analysis, providing recommendations to investor groups focused on REIT activity. While working at The Laramie Company, he has overseen the development of The Westminster Promenade, leasing of The Orchard Town Center, and the direct sale of a 15 acre freeway residential site in Westminster, the entitlement and planning process of which took in excess of 5 years. He is currently orchestrating the sale of a 100 acres freeway site in Unincorporated Jefferson County for a mixture of uses. In addition to his extensive professional experience, Bill is known for his expertise at facilitating group cohesion through his unflappable demeanor and conflict resolution skills.

Prior to joining The Laramie Company, Bill Jenkins has worn many hats in the commercial real estate industry since he entered the field in 1982. Serving as Senior Vice President for Bramalea, Inc. from 1992-1996, Bill oversaw management and leasing of 5 million square feet of mall retail properties and 9 million square feet of office property. He later organized the disposition of this portfolio within an 8-month time frame, half the original projected project length. Working for Trizec Properties, he managed a wide array of retail/office/hotel space in Houston’s

Cullen Center, as well as a Midwest portfolio of properties located in Kansas City, Denver, Chicago, and Dallas. Bill also handled property management for 1.6 million square feet of commercial/office space for the Farb Companies.

In his personal time, Bill enjoys competitive swimming, recently completed the Alcatraz Sharkfest Swim from Alcatraz to San Francisco. He is also a die-hard Rockies fan. He and Mary Beth have been married for 22 years and have two daughters who live in New York City.
